Filter efficiency must remain compatible with the system. A higher-efficiency filter is not automatically beneficial if its pressure drop reduces required airflow.

Belts, Sheaves and Fan Components

Belt-driven equipment can be checked for belt wear, cracking, glazing, tension and alignment, along with accessible sheave and fan components. Direct-drive systems do not have the same belt-maintenance requirements.
